Packaging Hybridschaltungen

We prefer to use hermetically sealed metal packages for our hybrid circuits with the welding being done at our company. Hermetical seals offer a lot of advantages.
The packaging of components (e.g. in standard TO-packages) can also be ordered as commissioned work. The following equipment is available:
Resistance Welding Equipment for Gases/Vacuum (Ringbulge Welding)
- Gas filling or vacuum
- Pressure up to 4 atm
- Max. package size 33mm x 30mm x 20mm (1.3in x 1.18in x 0.78in)
Resistance Welding Equipment with Glovebox (Ringbulge Welding)
- Filling N2/He mix (high purity and ultra-dry)
- Max. package size 65mm x 65mm x 20mm (2.56in x 2.56in x 0.78in)
Seam Welding Equipment
- Filling N2/He mix (high purity and ultra-dry)
- For rectangular, cirular or complex shapes
- Equipment and control developed exclusively for Quintenz Hybridtechnik
